Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Zakthrexshel, in accordance with Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.

How to return

Contact us at contactus@zakthrexshel.world to initiate a return. Return the product in its original condition.

Refund

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Some products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law (e.g. sealed products that have been opened).
